Locations: WeWork, 32nd Milestone, Gurugram. and WeWork, Sector 16B, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida.
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
CTC: 7 to 10 LPA

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic branch manager to oversee the operations of our Noida and Gurugram branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the branch, driving sales and achieving business targets, managing a team of staff, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of branch operations, including but not limited to sales, customer service, administration, and business development.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and meet business targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
Manage and motivate a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze market trends, and adjust branch strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular reports on branch performance, and present findings to senior management.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, and maintain open communication with all team members.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Team management and immigration sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving profitability.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
knowledge of local laws and regulations related to business operations.
