Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted its first Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw of the year, marking a significant moment for skilled workers in Canada aspiring for permanent residency.
The department issued 1,350 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence to CEC candidates in the Express Entry system. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required to receive an invitation in this draw was 542.
This draw follows a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw earlier this week, held on January 7, which invited 471 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 793.
