Provincial Immigration Results (January 13-19, 2024)
Ontario
On January 18, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) invited 984 candidates from the Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Workers stream. The draw was general, with no specific occupations specified. Candidates required a minimum CRS score between 317-469 for consideration.
British Columbia
On January 16, British Columbia (BC) issued invitations to over 193 candidates from the Skilled Worker and International Graduate streams of the BC PNP. The draws were occupation-specific, targeting areas such as technology, construction, childcare, healthcare, and veterinary care. Minimum scores ranged from 60 to 103, depending on the occupation.
Alberta
Alberta recently released results from three draws under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) throughout January. Draws included candidates from the dedicated healthcare pathway, Priority sector - Agriculture occupation, and those with an Alberta job offer. Minimum CRS scores ranged from 309 to 312.
Prince Edward Island
PEI invited 134 candidates from the Express Entry, Skilled Worker, and Critical Worker streams on January 18. This marked PEI's first Express Entry draw in 2024, with candidates requiring a minimum score of 65 for consideration. In 2023, PEI nominated 2,199 candidates between February and December.
