Today, the department issued 975 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates with experience in transportation occupations, marking the first category-specific draw focused on this sector in 2024.
The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required for this draw was 430, significantly lower than the general draw held on March 12th, which invited 2,850 candidates with a minimum CRS of 525. This highlights IRCC's effort to address specific labor market needs in the transportation industry.
